HP employees liked the TouchPad so much that about 300,000 of them caused the company's site to crash after the company open its own internal sale.
For one day, HP decided to offer its TouchPad Tablet to their employees to sell out the remaining inventory.
It's unclear how many TouchPads were sold but a lot of them didn't have the luck to get one.
All HP stores was swamped by several thousands of its employees, which caused the site to crash because of the burden placed on it. Employees who tried to make their purchase online ended up experiencing slow connections and a much slower response times.
Some HP employees claimed they were still hoping to get a piece of the device because they haven't received a company email stating that they're already sold out.
